Regina was a lovely beautiful girl who was studying psychology at the time. She liked to model for me back when I was still studying art at OCA. I wonder where she is now?

Teresa
Teresa was an old friend who volunteered to pose for me when I was a young starving artist. I wonder where she is now?

Water Sculpture
Had fun building this elaborate water sprinkler back in the early 90s in Havelock, Ontario.
Unfortunately I had to leave it behind.

Man & woman series
Woodblock print, 96" X 24"
I printed only 2 of this way back when I was still student at the Ontario College of Art.
It was too large to fit in any press so I cranked it through an old ringer washer.

September
Had a lot of fun painting this one. This time I departed further from my 2 inspirational references -
one of Tom Thomson and “September Gale, Georgian Bay” by Arthur Lismer
Mixed media, 30" X 24"

Flower Garden
This one is composed of 3 old paintings.
I cut out all the flowers up then recomposed it like a jigsaw puzzle -
yah, I kind've of butchered a lot of my own paintings lately!

Chair Series
Painted my final year at OCA in 1986.
Can't remember if it was sold or burnt in house fire that I barely escaped with singed hair!
America - The Fourth of July
I did this in LA in 1990 after visiting Disneyland and picnicking on July 4th.
Had to unwrap it at the LAX airport coming back home.
The tin foil collaged in the painting made the metal detector peep!
The Turkish Bath
My take on Ingres's painting
Painted it while I was studying at Ontario Collage of Art, 1984
Acrylic on canvas was 48"X48"
Unfortunately it was consumed by fire in 1987
